Old Bridge
The Old Bridge or the Old Volga Bridge has become one of the symbols of Tver. The bridge is approximately 215 metres long and links the Central District of Tver with the Zavolzhsky District on the other side of the River Volga. The bridge was initially installed in 1900 but was later blown up during the Second World War. It was subsequently completed restored between 1946 and 1947.
