In most cities across Russia you will find that their main square is still dominated by a statue of Vladimir Lenin. Moscow though is an exception to this rule. The most central Lenin statue in Moscow is this one which is hidden away behind Yuri Dolgoruky on Tverskaya Ploschad. The statue was erected in 1938 and is the work of the sculptor Sergey Dmitrievich.
