In 2004 the apartment where the famous ballerina Galina Ulanova lived in the apartment building on Kotelnicheskaya Naberezhnaya was opened as the Galina Ulanova Museum-Apartment. The actual furniture of the time has been preserved inside and there are displays featuring photographs and letters of the ballerina which tell the story of her career. This museum-apartment is run as a branch of the Aleksey Bakhrushin State Central Theatre Museum.
