As its name suggests, Decembrist Revolt Park features a simple memorial to the failed Decembrist Revolt of 1825.  In addition to this there are two other monuments here.  One is of Vladimir Lenin who is not depicted in his usual pose but sat down relaxing.  The final monument is the most interesting and is entitled 'The Cobble Stone is the Weapon of the Proletariat'  which depicts a young man with a cobble stone in his hand.  The monument was unveiled in 1976 and is a copy of the famous sculpture of Ivan Shadr.  Behind is a wall with an inscription of a quote by Lenin: “The feat of the Presnya workers was not in vain. Their sacrifice was not for nothing”.
