Home Guard Monument
On the corner of Prospekt Marshala Zhukova (Marshal Zhukov Prospect) and Ulitsa Narodnogo Opolchenia (Home Guard Street) is Skver Narodnogo Opolchenia (Home Guard Gardens). The main feature of the gardens is the simple monument dedicated to Moscow's home guard from 1941 to 1945 during the Second World War. The monument depicts four members of the home guard, including an old man and a youth, marching with bayonets.
