Park Kultury (Culture Park) metro station is so named as it is located close to Gorky Park. It was opened in 1950. Grey marble has been used in the station and the floor is made out of grey and black granite. The station also features 26 high reliefs depicting various forms of culture and one of Maksim Gorky at the end of the hall.
