Silver Age Museum

Silver Age Museum (June 2014)

The Silver Age Museum is dedicated to what is known as the silver age of Russian literature which took place in the late 19th and early 20th century. The museum was opened in 1999 in the modernist-style house where the poet and writer Valeri Bryusov lived between 1910 and 1924. Bryusov himself was a prominent member of the silver age and this museum details his life and work as well as the course of the silver age in general. The museum is run as a branch of the State Literature Museum.
