The Multimedia Art Museum, Moscow, or MAMM as it is known, was created in 2003 as part of the reorganisation of the museum of the House of Photography where the MAMM is based. The aim of the museum is to introduce people to contemporary art and multimedia technologies and it displays various photography and multimedia exhibitions by Russian and foreign artists. In addition the museum also holds festivals, lectures, film screenings and master-classes.  There is free admission to the museum on the third Sunday of the month.
