FEEDBACK OF THOSE WHO TRAVEL DEEP INTO RUSSIA WITH RUSMANIA

Greetings from London. We had a great trip, thank you. I will be recommending you to friends. We really like our hotel in Moscow. Both Alex and Aliona were great guides. Lovely characters and they tuned the days to suit us. It is so important to have good guides. The last day in Suzdal was a bit long to be without a hotel room: we left with the guide at 10am and we weren't picked up from the hotel until 9.30pm. I would suggest something different for this day: free time until after lunch (could have used the hotel spa for example). Meet guide at 2pm for 3 hour tour till 5pm. Then free time for walking around/dinner until the 9.30pm pick up. The drivers on all occasions were good. All appointments were met on time: very good organisation and planning!

I had a fabulous time in St Petersburg. Itinerary was good, it allowed enough time for me to explore a little and see the main sights. My guide, Natalia is a gem. Very knowledgeable and yet does not sound like an encyclopedia at all. Through her way of story telling, I had a glimpse into the rich past of the Russian empire. It was really fascinating. She took a good care of me, helped me to make reservations at some restaurants for dinner.
My tour with Sasha for the communal flats and rooftop excursion was eye opening. It showed me a different side of St. Petersburg which is not the mainstream tourism, but is very much a part of the Russian history and way of life. Sasha is an interesting character, quite spontaneous with his stories as well.
Tranport for the few days were great as well. I had no issues with my tour, thanks to the team.

Thank you for your work in organizing my Solovetsky tour. Everything went smoothly -- transfers were available, guides were informative (especially at Solovetsky), and hotels were comfortable. I especially appreciate the fact that transfers went so well even when at inconvenient hours. My train to Kem was late, but the driver was there waiting and had apparently allerted the connecting boat to Solovetsky of the delay as it was still waiting for me (and other passengers). I also appreciated that breakfasts were available for me to take when I left on early trains.
