Another of Pereslavl-Zalessky's museums with a unique display is the Money Museum which was opened in 2010 to display one man's collection of old money. On display are coins of ancient Greece, Byzantium, mediaeval Europe, Rus and coins and banknotes of the Russian Empire. In addition you can also see some examples of Russian and European medals.
