As its name suggest the 'In the World of Fairy Tales' Museum is especially for children. Inside the museum has recreated scenes from Russian folk tales and the stories of Aleksandr Pushkin. Children can even come face to face with Baba Yaga and Leshi. Also on display are children’s artwork inspired by a visit to the museum. The museum is run as part of the Smolensk State Museum-Reserve.
