St Nicholas' Cathedral (October 2011)

The white single-domed St Nicholas' Cathedral with a column façade and attached bell tower is the eparchial church of the Serpukhov Vicar-Eparchy of the Moscow Regional Eparchy. It was constructed between 1833 and 1857, closed in 1929 and then returned to the Church in 1995. Since then it has been completely restored to its former glory.
