The house known as Korobov Chambers takes its name from its owner who was a merchant and it has the honour of being the oldest house in Kaluga, dating from 1697. The small red and white building is a pretty example of what is known as Moscow Naryshkin baroque. Today it serves as an exhibition centre of the Kaluga Regional Museum.
