Musa Cälil Apartment-Museum
In 1983 the Musa Cälil Apartment-Museum was founded in the apartment where the poet lived from 1940 until he went to war in 1941. The first room's interior has been recreated to how it looked when Cälil lived there and the second room has exhibitions on the life and work of the poet, including the notebooks in which he wrote his famous work - the Moabit Notebooks.
