Great Martyr Barbara's Church
Great Martyr Barbara's Church was originally built in the end of the 18th century to meet the needs of the local cemetery, but later it became a parish church in its own right. By the turn of the 20th century the church had fallen into disrepair and was rebuilt in the Russian classical style. In 1930 the church was closed and used as a club for tram workers. It was eventually returned to the Orthodox Church in 1994 and subsequently restored.
