Ulitsa Pervomaiskaya runs across Leninsky Prospekt and just south of the Ploschad Obolenskogo-Nogotkova on the intersection of Ulitsa Pervomaiskaya and Ulitsa Uspenskaya, behind the government buildings, is the Dormition Church.  The church is a modern construction, dating from 2006. It was built in the traditional Byzantine style.
