Glory Monument

The Glory Monument is part of a memorial complex including a mass grave for Red Army soldiers who died in Voronezh during the Second World War. The monument was opened in 1967 and comprises a statue of a fallen soldier in front of a massive plinth. Just opposite the monument is a red pyramid structure in honour of Voronezh's title as a City of Military Glory
