Like many cities, Liski’s main square is decorated with a statue of Vladimir Lenin which stands outside the building of the city administration. It is rather a standard Lenin statue with the leader depicted pointing ahead (paying no attention to the neighbouring cathedral), however one unusual feature is that the pedestal is engraved with wheels.
