The 'Palaty' Cultural Education Centre is located in what was once the city's public office. It is now part of the Vladimir-Suzdal Museum Reserve and comprises a museum centre especially for children, which has many thematic displays with titles such as 'An Old Russian School', 'A Trip to the Stone Age', 'A Walk around the Old City' and 'A Russian House' among others. For the adults there is also an art gallery and an exhibition centre.
