The pretty House of Culture is located on Ploschad Kosmonavtov (Cosmonaut Square), off the main street in the Levy Bereg district - Tsentralnaya Ulitsa (Central Street). In front of the House of Culture are several excellent mosaics of Soviet heroes of the space race, including Yuri Gagarin.
